You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if the item meets the following conditions:
- The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The item includes all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or personalized products
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
- Certain safety items that cannot be returned for hygiene or regulatory reasons (e.g., respirators, earplugs, fall-protection harnesses once opened)
